Common issues

  • The setup app shows "Add profile failed" / "Unexpected error" / Connection refused, errno 61, 127.0.0.1.

    Force-close the setup app and reopen it. The local helper port got stuck, restarting clears it.

  • One route is slow or won't connect.

    Open the location list and switch to a fallback route.

  • connection won't reconnect after sleep or switching networks.

    Tap the big circle to disconnect, wait two seconds, tap again.
